Q1:Will these fit 1999 corvette c5?

A:YES, this fit fog lamps in your car,9005 is high beam,9006 is low beam by the way.

Q2:Will this fit a 92 Camaro fog light without the installation of a ballast or do i need to purchase that seperately? Stock twist in lights and sockets

A: this is the right size for fog, it has built in ballast with it. you need to mind the polarity thing on the plug, if it do not light up, you need to flip over the plug 180 degree and reconnect it, you may need to cut the clip on the plug for through connection.

Q3:Would I need resisters for 2002 ram 1500?

A:you need resistors if you need it to work with other led.

Q4:Which ones do I need for a 1995 doge Dakota?

A:If your headlamp is not sealed beam headlamp type, you can use 9004 as headlights.
